Hamilton Bonds, a native of Inman, SC, is one of the founders of I/Ogenesis. He graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a minor in Cybersecurity. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a Cyber Officer in the US Army. During his seven-year tenure in the Army, Hamilton's career was marked by two significant roles. First, he conducted all-source cyber intelligence in support of worldwide military operations. Later, he developed cyber capabilities for the Army Red Team, an elite group of cyber operators tasked with assessing military computing and networking infrastructure. Hamilton co-founded I/Ogenesis with his brother, bringing his extensive experience in cybersecurity and military operations to the company.
Grayson Bonds, a native of Inman, SC, is one of the founders of I/Ogenesis. He graduated from Clemson University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. During his time at Clemson, Grayson co-authored a scholarly article for the 2017 IEEE #DUI Competition in Los Angeles, detailing an augmented reality app for mobile object manipulation. His professional career began at IBM (SCI Fusion360), where he spent four years developing software for the Financial Transaction Manager (FTM), supporting major banks including the Federal Reserve and contributing to the creation of Zelle, a Real Time Payment system. In 2020, Grayson transitioned to Classical Conversations as Lead Software Developer, where he spearheaded the development of React-based web and mobile applications for domestic and international homeschooling, deployed through AWS. With 8 years of experience in software development, Grayson is proficient in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including JavaScript, Java, C#, and AWS services. He brings his extensive experience in fintech, full-stack development, and project leadership to I/Ogenesis, which he co-founded with his brother.

William "Chaplain" Allen, a native of Raleigh, NC, is an experienced leader with a background in military operations, strategic communication, and program management. He graduated with an M.Div. from Asbury Theological Seminary and was commissioned as a Chaplain in the U.S. Army Reserves in 2012. Over his career, William served with the 389th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, deployed to Bagram, Afghanistan, and spent over six years with the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). Known for his expertise in relationship-building, contract execution, and translating technical concepts, William's extensive network in information warfare, cybersecurity, and special operations positions him well to drive strategic initiatives in business development.
